These are the third parties that process data on our behalf to operate the Organic Gardening Collective website, the Tended app, and the agent tools API. We give business/API customers at least 30 days' notice of new sub-processors (see our API Terms). For the agent tools API specifically, the relevant sub-processors are Anthropic (for the vision/AI tools) and Supabase (hosting, metering, storage). The data-only tools (e.g. vehicle_recalls, vin_decode, osha_lookup) query public government APIs and do not send your content to Anthropic.
