Your photos and notes stay yours; you just give us permission to store and process them so the app works.

Acceptance

By using this website or the Tended app (the "Service"), operated by Flow Solutions Group, a Florida corporation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to access other users' data, scrape or overload the system, or post content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the plants, notes, and photos you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — which includes sending a photo to our AI provider when you request a check-up. You're responsible for what you upload; please don't include other people's personal or sensitive information in photos or notes.

AI check-ups are not professional advice

The AI photo check-up and our guides provide general, informational gardening guidance only. They can be wrong or incomplete and are not professional, medical, food-safety, or legal advice. Never decide whether a plant is safe to eat or handle based on the app — confirm with a qualified expert and reliable sources. You use this guidance at your own risk.

Availability & "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI guidance or any plant outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites and products, including affiliate links (e.g. Amazon) from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We're not responsible for third-party sites or products.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
